TERMS & CONDITIONS.
All orders placed with us are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Deposits
We require a 50% deposit to secure your order. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the cake is needed.
In exceptional circumstance where an order is placed close to when needed; full payment is required to secure your order.
Please note: full payment confirms order.
Delivery
There is a delivery charge for orders delivered by us.
We aim to deliver your cakes in good time but sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control; we may deliver your cake a day before your event.
Loss or Damages
Our cakes are packaged and assembled with the utmost care. We cannot be held responsible for any product that gets damaged once it has left our care or during a customer’s own transportation or storage.
We cannot take responsibility for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellations
We will offer a full refund minus any deposits paid if an order is cancelled more than 14 days before it’s due. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event we have to cancel an order, we will offer a full refund.
Refunds
As our cakes are a food product, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Product Variations
All our cakes are individually handmade so there may be some differences in the finished products.
